Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a procurement professional to optimize asset use in sourcing goods and services. You will execute short- and long-term strategies to ensure quality, continuity, and timely delivery while minimizing total cost.

In this role you will issue POs, coordinate with vendors, handle RFQs, apply Incoterms, expedite orders, and reconcile invoices. You will support regional and corporate strategies and monitor supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Requires strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing processes.
• Experience issuing POs, RFQs, and supplier communications.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to correct sources and ensure accurate pricing/quantities.
• Act as vendor liaison, coordinating packaging, labeling specs, and enquiries.
• Issue and process RFQs, upload vendor pricing into Woodgrain software.
• Apply Incoterms and ensure PO accuracy to mitigate risk.
• Expedite orders to meet delivery commitments and reconcile receipts/invoices.
