Appian in McLean, Virginia, on-site at headquarters, seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to serve as trusted advisor for federal agencies, partners, and product teams. You’ll own account strategy and orchestrate technical solutions translating agency requirements into groundbreaking outcomes.

You’ll lead executive workshops, design POCs/POVs, and navigate complex ERP/CRM landscapes, driving technical credibility and business insight across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex sales campaigns.
• Lead customer roadmap sessions and executive visioning discussions.
• Architect and deliver high-quality POCs and POVs with executive sponsorship.
• Understand client IT landscapes and integrate Appian into complex environments.
• Direct the technical response to RFIs, RFPs, and security reviews.
• Influence product roadmap with real-world customer requirements.
• Coach peers and develop reusable assets and success stories.
