Ideal candidates bring 5+ years with Appian, Agile delivery, and strong communication. US citizenship is required; occasional travel to Dallas, TX may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Lead Certification and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex Appian solutions.
• Guide architecture design, platform scalability, and governance.
• Mentor delivery teams and foster best practices.
• Support DevSecOps, configuration management, and testing activities.
• Create implementation playbooks and enrich internal knowledge base.
