Ladders is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering in the Public Sector. This role leads complex customer-facing engagements bridging delivery, account planning, and program execution across countries. Remote-US based; mentorship for junior managers and strong stakeholder relationships are essential.

You will drive strategic account plans, navigate regulatory requirements, and contribute to regional targets while working with senior leaders and clients in the public sector.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings.
• Experience in recruiting top-tier talent.
• Expertise in platform architecture and strategic account planning.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% and active security clearance.

• Drive excellence at the BU/Region level and help impact team booking targets.
• Navigate complex regulatory and market-specific challenges across countries.
• Mentor and support junior Engagement Managers on complex projects.
• Develop and align account strategies with client objectives.
