RTD in Denver seeks a seasoned Contract Administrator to oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the agency's mission and procurement policies. You will work with Legal, Finance, and Operations to maintain compliance and optimize performance across contracts and vendors.

The role requires strong knowledge of public procurement laws, contract management software, and effective stakeholder engagement to support RTD’s procurement objectives and mission-driven initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPPB, CPPO or CFMC are preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and ERP integration.

Mansioni

• Oversee administration of all contracts and maintain centralized database.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and manage procurement activities.
• Establish vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance program.
• Audit procurement processes for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare procurement documents and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations on processes.
• Provide training on procurement policies and contract management.
