Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Denver seeks a Contract Administrator to manage the contract lifecycle, vendor relations, and procurement compliance. You will maintain records, coordinate renewals and amendments, and work with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment with RTD’s mission.

The role requires strong knowledge of public procurement practices, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple contracts in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in procurement, contract management, or related field.
• Public sector procurement experience is preferred.
• Professional certifications (CPPB/CPPO/CFMC) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee administration of all contracts and ensure accuracy of the centralized database.
• Build relationships with internal clients to align projects and contracts.
• Administer RTD’s Open Gov Solicitation and Contracts Management platform.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee the Vendor Performance Program.
• Audit procurement processes for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare procurement documents and generate reports on activity and performance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes.
• Provide staff training on procurement policies and contract management.
