Job summary

NiCE is seeking an Account Executive to drive net-new business and revenue across a seven-state Public Safety territory, including Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Kentucky, and West Virginia. The role requires extensive travel (~50%) and a consultative approach to engage 911 centers and related agencies.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with partners, and position NiCE’s Public Safety solutions through solution expertise and direct selling.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into Public Safety agencies or 911 centers.
• Proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals.
• Strong ability to manage multi-state territory and complex procurement.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Outbound prospecting to generate first meetings and opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close and procurement navigation.
• Deliver weekly activity and forecast reports.
• Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with 911 directors, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
• Understand Public Safety workflows and digital evidence processes.
