Job summary

Odyssey Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a strategic Growth & Partnerships role focused on Indiana. This hybrid position travels up to 50% to connect providers, clients, and families with eating disorder resources.

You will educate communities and partners about long-term residential care and prioritize markets based on need and potential admissions. The candidate will build regional growth plans, work with executives, and drive opportunities while coordinating with clinics and corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• 3–5 years of strategy or business development experience.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and department heads.
• Background in corporate development, partnerships, project management or sales.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic regional growth plan by evaluating market utilization data.
• Use available market demographic data to prioritize favorable markets by economics, age, and population.
• Collaborate with facility and corporate leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Maximize resources and create new ones to meet growth goals.
• Develop goals and timelines for closing new and enhanced key account opportunities.
• Execute sales and retention strategies and close new business per targets.
• Coordinate communications with treatment and admin teams to ensure coordinated care and strong partnerships.
