Odyssey Eating Disorder Network is seeking a strategic growth professional to connect providers, clients, and families with eating disorder resources. This hybrid role emphasizes regional market growth, partnerships, and community education across referral sources.

Up to 50% travel may be required. You will analyze market data, prioritize key markets, and collaborate with leadership to drive account opportunities while aligning with the center’s clinical and business model to meet admission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• 3–5 years of strategy and business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work interdependently with minimal oversight and with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic regional growth plan using facility and market data.
• Use web-based demographic data to prioritize markets by economics and population.
• Collaborate with leadership to leverage strategic initiatives.
• Maximize resources and create new ones to meet growth goals.
• Develop goals and timelines for closing key account opportunities.
• Execute sales and retention strategies and close new business targets.
• Coordinate communications to ensure care coordination and positive referent experience.
