Job summary
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Medicaid CHIP Services division seeks a skilled Provider Experience Business Analyst to translate provider feedback into actionable IT requirements. You will support enrollment, revalidation, and provider-facing systems modernization while collaborating with program staff, tech partners, and vendors.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in IT, CS, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related areas is preferred.
- Experience evaluating provider-facing systems and healthcare operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gathers, analyzes, and documents business needs related to provider enrollment, system usability, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.
- Translates provider feedback into actionable requirements for system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Supports planning and implementation of IT projects from requirements through post-implementation evaluation.
- Communicates clearly with stakeholders and maintains documentation of requirements, risks, and timelines.
- Keeps leadership informed with status updates and decision logs.
