Job summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Medicaid and CHIP Services seeks a Management Analyst II for Program Enrollment Support. You will oversee the Enrollment Broker Operations, coordinate with TIERS, TMHP, and MCOs, and ensure contract requirements are met.

You will develop and implement operational processes, monitor performance, and provide consultative support to stakeholders while maintaining compliance and readiness for program changes. Telework may be available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicaid and CHIP managed care enrollment policy and processes.
• Skill in identifying measures of program performance and in operating computers and software.
• Ability to evaluate policy and program changes and manage projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program planning, development, and implementation; coordinates meetings with stakeholders and vendor staff.
• Monitors contract compliance and utilization targets; ensures documentation and reports are accurate.
• Prepares administrative reports and specialized research projects requiring attention and corrective actions.
• Communicates professionally with Medicaid/CHIP plans, the Enrollment Broker, HHSC staff, and external agencies.
• Evaluates enrollment data readiness and supports readiness reviews for Medicaid managed care enrollment.
