Job summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Austin is seeking a Management Analyst II to support Program Enrollment and Enrollment Broker Operations. You will plan, coordinate, and administer vendor activities, review contract performance, and liaise with HHSC, TIERS, TMHP, and health plans to ensure enrollment data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Medicaid/CHIP policy, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Medicaid and CHIP policy and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to analyze program data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program planning, development and implementation.
• Ensure contract compliance and monitor utilization targets.
• Prepare administrative reports and conduct focused research projects.
• Communicate with Medicaid/CHIP health plans and stakeholders.
