Job summary

AdventHealth in Maitland, Florida seeks a Provider Compensation Analyst to develop and document procedures, streamline processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while advising operations on compensation policies.

You will lead reviews of payroll reports, analyze pay structures, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance to deliver fair market value plans. This role drives accuracy and efficiency in provider compensation processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field required.
5+ years healthcare industry experience preferred.
Experience with provider compensation or payroll analytics beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Leads monthly review of Provider Compensation payments and Administrative Pay.
Serves as primary contact with practice operators to resolve compensation inquiries.
Reviews payroll and wRVU reconciliations for accuracy.
Provides guidance on compensation policies, benefits, and programs.
Leads analysis to ensure fair market value pay structures and supports compliance testing.
Manages development of high-quality financial and compensation reporting for practice operations.
Collaborates with legal, management, compliance, internal audit and finance to meet regulatory requirements.
