Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in workforce development, strategy or allied-health education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise workforce strategies for priority allied-health occupations.
• Analyze workforce demand, vacancy and turnover trends, retirement risk, labor-market supply, education-program capacity.
• Establish transparent criteria for prioritizing occupations and investments.
• Develop business cases and a balanced portfolio of workforce solutions.
• Lead allied health student placement strategy and partnerships with colleges, universities, and external partners.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure an integrated portfolio.
