Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Analyst to design and analyze compensation programs, remotely across eligible states. You will gather data, review CPT coding, build proformas, develop reports, and model plans for new hires, acquisitions, and renewals.

You will participate in fair market value assessments and coordinate with third parties to deliver external reviews while partnering with system leaders to support care strategies and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human resources, business, finance or related area.
• 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and project/change management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design provider compensation programs and perform data gathering and analysis.
• Review CPT coding, create proformas, develop reports and conduct market analyses for new physicians and renewals.
• Support implementation on acquisitions and collaborate with external firms for fair market value reviews.
