Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Software engineering.
• Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years leading multi-disciplined engineering teams.
• 7+ years in progressive leadership with strategy, lean, and process improvement.
• Strong facilitative, consensus-driven decision making.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen guiding products from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead Propulsion BU Engineering with accountability for strategy, execution, budgets, and resource allocation across all segments.
• Direct recruitment, development, performance, succession planning, mentoring and coaching to build a high-performing organization.
• Oversee engineering operations, IRAD investments, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure teams deliver high-quality technical solutions meeting customer requirements with product integrity and safety.
• Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, innovation, and change leadership.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and management processes to ensure timely resolution of escalations.
• Develop long-term workforce, capability, and technology strategies aligned to growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Space Division Engineering Director on strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
