Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible engineering experience on aerospace/defense/propulsion/electromechanical systems programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in product development, system design, qualification, verification, and lifecycle support for highly engineered systems.
• Proven ability to serve as a technical authority influencing engineering decisions across organizations.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, product roadmaps, and long-term engineering plans.
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals: requirements, risk, design assurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for propulsion system products and programs across development, production, and sustainment.
• Own product integrity throughout the lifecycle, including R&D, production, and aftermarket support.
• Lead execution of large, complex engineering programs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps and long-term product strategies with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Moog processes, standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Mentor engineers and promote Moog’s values and technical excellence.
