Kumi Construction Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Marketing, Human Resources and IT teams. This role supports business development, proposal development, and branding efforts across multiple departments.

The position involves organizing materials, updating social media and website content, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking proposal statuses to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Administrative or Marketing Assistant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing, Human Resources and IT teams.
• Understand and support business development and proposal development procedures and protocols.
• Review RFP and bid/qualifications request documents so client requirements are understood.
• Organize all technical written materials supplied by support groups.
• Review proposal for content, branding/format consistency and compliance.
• Schedule marketing support services with graphics, QA and production to meet deadlines.
• Edit existing materials or write copy to communicate services and discriminators.
• Research corporate information, past experiences, resumes and standard materials for proposals.
