Qualifications

• 5+ years in proposal preparation or related field.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in developing compliant statements of qualifications, technical proposals, and presentations in response to RFQs and RFPs.
• Prepare proposal criteria outlines and templates.
• Collaborate with proposal team members.
• Prepare drafts and edit/format proposal documents under aggressive deadlines.
• Review proposals for compliance and document control.
• Create proposal covers and tabs; produce proposals for submission.
