Frank L Blum Construction Co. seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, presentations, and marketing content aligned with strategic goals.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting multiple deadlines while contributing to digital marketing, award submittals, and event coordination. Collaborating with team members and vendors, you’ll enhance the brand, bring creative ideas to life, and support team and company success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1-3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience with proposals, marketing collateral, and content development.
• Familiarity with AEC or construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports coordination, writing, editing, and production of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Assists in scheduling and facilitating pursuit kick-off meetings, assigning content responsibilities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepares collateral, coordinates practice sessions, and contributes to developing creative strategies for interview presentations.
• Collaborates with leadership to ensure proposals align with client needs and expectations.
• Updates and maintains the proposal template library and sector-specific content.
• Creates and coordinates email marketing content to highlight company achievements and projects.
• Develops content marketing campaigns to position the company as a thought leader.
• Assists with planning and posting social media content to support brand visibility and engagement.
• Identifies opportunities for project photography, videography, and animation and communicates needs to the marketing team.
• Supports the BD team and Graphic Designer in coordinating industry conferences, events, and speaking engagements.
