Qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating marketing deliverables and proposals is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM, DAM systems, and marketing software tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and produce internal and external marketing deliverables.
• Assist in responding to requests for proposals and qualification packages.
• Support development of marketing collateral aligned with the strategic plan.
• Maintain CRM and DAM systems with timely, relevant materials.
• Prepare reports and minutes for weekly procurement meetings.
• Coordinate photography and production of marketing materials for projects.
• Assist with social media content and participation in trade shows and events.
