Job summary

SYSTRA USA is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator in its New York office. This role supports the Marketing Department in producing proposals, brochures, presentations, internal/external communications, newsletters, website updates, and events.

Responsibilities include developing bid materials, maintaining qualification databases, and coordinating with prime and subconsultants. The position requires at least two years in writing marketing proposals within A/E/C or professional services,

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in writing marketing proposals.
• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field required.
• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Ability to manage assigned proposals and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to all SYSTRA office locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying upcoming pursuits and develop win strategies.
• Develop bid response materials and qualification packages.
• Coordinate with primes and subconsultants for qualification materials.
• Prepare presentations and interview strategy.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials: firm overviews, project descriptions, resumes, writeups.
• Organize industry conferences and events for senior staff.
• Update website content and social media profiles.
