Austin Industrial is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Houston, TX to support business development and marketing efforts. The role involves coordinating printing and production of marketing materials, assisting with RFP/RFI/RFQ development, and assembling proposals for submission.

You will help produce and file resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing content, while handling event planning and collateral management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in producing marketing materials and proposals.
• Ability to review RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and assist with requirements checklists.

Responsibilities

• Printing and production of company or market segment pieces.
• Printing and production of industry award submittals to promote achievements.
• Reviewing RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and assisting with client submission checklists.
• Assisting with review and quality control of proposal and RFI materials.
• Assembling and preparing proposals for submission.
• Producing and filing marketing information (resumes, project descriptions).
• Producing and filing marketing materials (graphics, brochures, digital images, displays).
• Performing general administrative duties (typing, filing, copying, scanning, expense reports, supply ordering, binding).
• Plan and execute regional company events and conference participation.
• Assist in development of marketing collateral (brochures, project profiles, presentations, ads, invitations, pitches).
• Manage event applications, deadlines and communications.
