Austin Industrial, Inc. is seeking a proactive Proposal Coordinator to support Marketing and Business Development efforts in the Houston area.

The role promotes a positive image of the company and thrives in a team atmosphere. The position focuses on printing and production of company materials, reviewing RFPs/RFQs, assembling proposals, and coordinating marketing collateral while managing event participation and deadlines for bids.

Responsibilities

• Printing and production of company or market segment pieces
• Printing and production of industry award submittals
• Review RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and assist with requirements checklists
• Assist with review and quality control of proposal and RFI materials
• Assemble and prepare proposals for submission
• Produces and digitally files marketing information – resumes, experience listings, and project descriptions
• Responsible for the production and digital filing of marketing materials such as brochures, publications, digital images, displays
• Other administrative duties as required (typing, filing, copying, scanning, expense report preparation, supply ordering, binding of proposals)
