Job summary

Austin Commercial is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II for our Dallas Office to support the development and production of public proposals, qualifications, and presentations. The role also coordinates interviews, client events, award submittals, and maintenance of marketing collateral.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and 2–3 years of marketing experience, with preference for construction/engineering exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience or related fields, with preference for construction/engineering/architectural industries.
• Basic understanding and experience in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Basic database experience to gather information for the database.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Champions company’s marketing proposals, qualifications, and presentation efforts.
• Assists with marketing staff training on CRM, reporting, and procedures.
• Coordinates and develops public project pursuit presentations.
• Creates and develops company or market segment materials.
• Develops industry award submittals to gain recognition.
• Maintains marketing information such as resumes, experience listings, and project descriptions.
• Develops marketing collateral (brochures, graphics, publications, displays).
• Coordinates events for the company (Open Houses, tours).
• Creates and edits media/press releases and internal communications.
• Produces internal marketing pieces (safety, training).
