Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Commercial Proposals Business Partner to lead end-to-end proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders within a centralized, compliant, and technology-enabled content library. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Finance, Pricing, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.

The role demands strong project-management discipline, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and the skill to drive automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; experience with complex tender handling.
• 5–7 years leading cross-functional processes and proposal operations.
• Healthcare, medical device, GPO, IDN, or public tender experience preferred.
• Experience designing or administering proposal content libraries, knowledge repositories, workflow tools, or document governance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, including intake, qualification, requirements review, workback planning, stakeholder assignment, content development, approval coordination, submission, and post-submission follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional response teams by establishing clear timelines, owners, deliverables, review gates, escalation paths, and decision points to ensure complete, high-quality, on-time submissions.
• Monitor customer, GPO, IDN, health system, or public tender portals to identify opportunities and engage the appropriate teams.
• Provide proactive status updates on progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.
• Design, implement, and maintain a centralized commercial proposal content library with approved language, clauses, product information and documentation.
• Establish content governance and ensure materials are accurate, current and compliant.
• Lead or support optimization, governance, and automation initiatives across proposal processes.
