Job summary

Haemonetics Corp seeks an experienced Commercial Proposals Business Partner to lead end-to-end proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. You will design a centralized, compliant content library and drive automation across intake, approvals, and submission workflows.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Finance, Pricing, Quality, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to streamline governance and reduce cycle times while maintaining Haemonetics' brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, including experience in complex tender handling where applicable.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional proposal operations or commercial operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare procurement processes and public tender requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for commercial proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with planning, content development, approval coordination, and submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional response teams with timelines, owners, deliverables, and review gates.
• Establish and maintain a centralized proposal content library with governance and version control.
• Assess risks and coordinate reviews with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality, Product, and Finance to ensure compliant responses.
