Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Proposals to lead the development, review, and delivery of high‑quality proposal responses for Meritain Health. This individual acts as the final quality authority for RFPs and related questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and subject matter experts to craft compelling, customer‑focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health and support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management, including developing client-facing proposals and managing client relationships.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with demonstrated knowledge of insurance products, processes, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that accurately represent Meritain Health’s capabilities, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
• Serve as the final quality authority for RFPs and related questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations and Subject Matter Experts to develop compelling, customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health and support business growth.
