CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Proposals to lead the development, review and delivery of high‑quality proposal responses that accurately represent Meritain Health’s capabilities, value proposition and competitive advantages.

This role partners with Sales, Product, Operations and Subject Matter Experts to create compelling, customer‑focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health and support business growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with demonstrated knowledge of insurance products, processes, and client needs.

• Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that accurately represent Meritain Health’s capabilities, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
• Serve as the final quality authority for RFPs and questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to develop compelling, customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health and support business growth.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
