Job summary

T2 Systems is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end procurement responses and govern our proposal knowledge base. You will independently manage RFPs, RFIs, and related solicitations, coordinating with Sales and subject-matter experts to deliver compelling, compliant submissions.

You will also drive process improvements, maintain templates, and collaborate with Marketing on content and collateral to strengthen our competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time proposal writing and proposal operations management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, research, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate and push items to meet hard deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and proposal automation platforms such as Loopio or similar.
• Experience supporting municipal government and higher education procurements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of procurement responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, questionnaires, security questionnaires).
• Manage proposal efforts from opportunity evaluation through final submission, including content development and delivery.
• Produce clear, compliant, persuasive responses while managing multiple deadlines.
• Support resellers and partners with proposal content and case studies.
• Maintain and improve the proposal knowledge base and templates.
