Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex proposals and presentations for North America. You will drive capture planning, develop win themes, differentiate offerings, and customize responses to RFPs/RFQs, while guiding the team in effective proposal writing and presentations.
Responsibilities include leading strategy, coordinating with PMs/SMEs, creating compelling storyboards, and ensuring high-quality, compliant outputs.
We are seeking an experienced, skilled Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex proposals and presentations to win competitive projects in North America. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to drive the process, from capture planning through the coordination and development of compliant, compelling responses to RFPs/RFQs, client interviews, and presentations. The successful candidate must effectively convey the messaging identified through capture and prepositioning, including win themes, differentiators, and value propositions, and comprehensively customize all aspects of the proposal. In addition, the Proposal Manager will provide guidance, training, and assistance to the team in effective proposal writing, coordination, and preparation of presentations. The expected salary for this position in Iselin, NJ is $116,500 - $142,500
The expected salary for this position in Raleigh, NC is $102,000 - $124,000
The expected salary for this position in Westwood, MA is $117,000 - $143,000
