Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in proposal management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating RFx with multiple contributors and deadlines.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Excellent business writing, editing, formatting, and organization.
• Ability to translate technical information into client-friendly language.
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits at various stages under pressure.
• Advanced MS Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and strategy sessions before and after an RFx release.
• Collaborate with pursuit team to shape the proposal story using insights.
• Capture win themes, differentiators, and proof points for the response.
• Lead a Writer's Workshop at kickoff meetings and assign tasks.
• Coordinate with the bid manager to develop the proposal calendar and deadlines.
• Lead proposal status/review calls and oversee final submission activities.
• Maintain organized proposal files and version control.
• Coordinate final graphics, editing, production, and quality reviews (AI-assisted).
• Complete closedown activities and share lessons learned.
