Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Proposal Lead to drive development and delivery of client-focused proposals for complex technology services. You will partner with Sales, Solution, and Bid Management to shape the proposal story and ensure timely submissions.

The role requires coordinating RFx responses, managing content workflows, and delivering high‑quality documents. Hybrid role with travel as needed, and onsite expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in proposal management, proposal writing, bid support, sales enablement, or related role.
• Hands-on experience coordinating RFx responses with multiple contributors and firm deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong business writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and document organization skills.
• Experience translating technical information into client-focused language.
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits at various stages under pressure.
• Confident with Sales, solution professionals, SMEs, and senior stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and proposal tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFx planning and strategy sessions.
• Shape the proposal story using client insights.
• Capture win themes, differentiators, and proof points.
• Lead Writer’s Workshops and coordinate assignments.
• Maintain proposal files and version control; ensure quality reviews.
• Coordinate final graphics, editing, and production for on-time submission.
• Attend deal calls and oversee submission activities.
• Archive content and share lessons learned.
