GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Commercial Manager to drive the proposal development for Steam Power Nuclear projects from tender through handover to execution. You will own contract structuring, risk management, and margin protection across the project lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to secure strong customer outcomes.

You will lead commercial strategy, guide pricing and risk assessment, and ensure disciplined process compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in Sales/Commercial; or high school diploma/equivalent with 6+ years in Sales/Commercial.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the commercial strategy for Steam Power Nuclear deals from tender through project handover.
• Develop proposals in support of the Nuclear Services Business; act as focal point during proposal development including scoping, costing, risk analysis, approvals, contract negotiation, handover to project execution.
• Act as lead commercial authority for assigned deals, guiding leadership on commercial risk, opportunity development, and market/value pricing.
• Negotiate key terms such as pricing, escalation, liquidated damages, and payment milestones; manage warranties, IP, and liability terms.
• Ensure risks and opportunities are reflected in cost estimates and handover documents.
• Manage workflow through GEV Steam Commercial process to ensure on-time delivery of proposals.
• Assist Contract Management/Legal to draft and finalize contracts and amendments for clarity and enforceability.
• Lead commercial handover from Sales to Project execution with clear assumptions, risks, and obligations.
