GE Vernova is seeking a senior Commercial Operations professional to lead the proposal process from opportunity assessment to contract finalization. You will manage complex financial models, develop competitive bids, and govern commercial risk while negotiating terms with customers.

The role requires 7+ years in commercial operations and 3+ years in nuclear fuels, with up to 20% travel. Preferred location is Wilmington, NC, with remote options, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Contract Management, Legal Counsel or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant commercial experience with Nuclear Fuels.
• Ability and willingness to travel, up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of proposals, cost estimates, pricing strategies, and terms and conditions.
• Review and redline customer contracts and drive mutually agreeable outcomes.
• Primary interface with the Global Sales Team on opportunities within Nuclear Fuels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team including Business Leaders, Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Sourcing, and Account Managers.
• Present deal structures and strategies to Business Leadership for approval.
• Negotiate with the customer as required with Customer Account Manager and Sales Leader.
• Ensure compliance with GE commercial risk process as Risk Manager.
• Maintain Salesforce and Cost Estimating tools (FinSum).
• Support achievement of commercial team metrics related to Inquiry to Order.
• Facilitate seamless transition of contracts to the delivery team.
