GE Vernova seeks a Lead Commercial Manager to steer proposals for Steam Power Nuclear projects from tender through handover to execution. You will structure contracts, assess commercial risk, and manage margins and cash across the lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Legal and Engineering to ensure disciplined risk management, policy compliance, and favorable customer outcomes while leading the handover to project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in sales/commercial roles.
• High school diploma with 6 years in sales/commercial roles.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering.
• Ability to analyze financial and commercial data to support decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the commercial strategy for Steam Power Nuclear deals from tender through project handover.
• Develop proposals, scoping, costing, risk analysis, approvals, and negotiations.
• Lead contract negotiations on pricing, escalation, milestones, warranties and liability terms.
• Ensure risks and opportunities are reflected in cost estimates and handover documents.
