Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle for Enterprise Imaging and Clinical AI opportunities, coordinating Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, and Implementation to deliver compliant responses.

You will translate complex capabilities into customer-focused narratives, manage content and reviews, and prepare leadership for finalist meetings while building a reusable proposal content library for faster wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, sales operations, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional RFP and proposal processes.
• Exceptional writing, editing, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to understand technical and clinical concepts and communicate to diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Experience with enterprise software, healthcare tech, medical imaging, AI, or similar industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, including schedules, content assignments, reviews, and approvals.
• Analyze solicitation requirements to identify priorities, compliance obligations, risks, and differentiators.
• Facilitate proposal kickoffs, strategy sessions, content reviews, and final approval gates with cross-functional contributors.
• Translate Enterprise Imaging and Clinical AI capabilities into clear narratives and executive summaries.
• Coordinate pricing, assumptions, and terms with Finance; collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Information Security on content.
• Edit multi-author contributions into a cohesive, compliant response.
• Prepare sales and leadership for customer presentations and finalist meetings.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of approved proposal content and templates.
• Track proposal activity, turnaround times, win/ advancement outcomes; conduct post-submission reviews.
• Escalate resource constraints and ensure smooth transition from proposal to contracting and implementation.
