Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 3–5 years of experience in proposals.
• Experience with proposal development or proposal data coordination.
• Extensive Microsoft Office and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify data needed to support proposal development and completion.
• Work with partners to obtain pricing and information for professional services.
• Build and manage pricing requirements aligned with contract CLINs.
• Provide bid/no-bid recommendations with clear rationale.
• Create outlines for proposals based on solicitation instructions.
• Review data from vendors/partners and assess LOEs for risk.
