Job summary

Life Sciences WA is seeking a Proposals Manager to own end-to-end proposal development, leading cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, compliant proposals aligned with sales strategy.

Responsibilities include independently managing standard proposals and RFPs from intake through submission, coordinating inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject‑matter experts, and managing timelines and milestones.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong Excel proficiency, including pricing models and scenario adjustments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• 4–7 years of experience in proposals, bid management, or commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage standard proposals and RFPs from intake through submission.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject‑matter experts.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and submission milestones.
• Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.
• Ensure proposals fully address customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Identify gaps or risks and elevate appropriately.
• Apply proposal processes, standards, and best practices consistently.
• Ensure submissions meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations.
• Use proposal management and document tools effectively.
• Maintain accurate proposal records, files, and status updates.
• Partner with Sales on proposal requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Provide clear and proactive communication throughout the proposal lifecycle.
