Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts/Proposal Specialist to manage the proposal development process from opportunity intake through final submission. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of proposal development experience.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe InDesign experience preferred.
• APMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development and submission activities.
• Review RFPs/RFQs to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines.
• Draft, edit, and format compelling proposal responses.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop proposal messaging and positioning.
• Customize resumes, project profiles, and supporting content for each pursuit.
• Maintain proposal libraries and support presentation/interview preparation.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and branding standards.
