Job summary

Best Best & Krieger LLP seeks a Pursuits and Proposals Specialist to lead proposals and strategic pursuit materials from intake through submission, partnering with attorneys, practice leaders and business professionals. The role requires writing, project management, and client-focused communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive compliance, craft persuasive content, coach interview teams, and improve templates and workflows using Asana and Foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience writing and managing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals or pitches in a legal or professional services environment is desired.
• Experience with Foundation or another proposal/experience management platform is desired.
• Experience with Asana or similar PM tool is desired; willingness to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned pursuits through the full proposal lifecycle from intake to follow-up.
• Analyze requirements and manage compliance matrices and project schedules.
• Draft and edit tailored, persuasive content communicating BBK’s experience and differentiators.
• Prepare attorney interviews with message development and presentation support.
• Maintain proposal content, biographies, experience records, credentials and templates.
