Job summary

Auxo Talent seeks a seasoned technical writer to translate complex space tech into clear proposals and customer materials. You will bridge engineering, operations and marketing, drafting compelling content for commercial and government pursuits.

You will work with leadership to develop proposals, support pursuits and tell the company’s story. We value ownership, thoughtful questions and on-time delivery of high-quality documents.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technical writing, proposals or related communications.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-ready content.
• Strong editing, research, and deadline management skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit proposals, white papers, RFIs, capability statements, presentations and executive summaries for commercial and government opportunities.
• Explain platform capabilities, mission concepts, interfaces and customer benefits in audience-appropriate language.
• Manage writing schedules, submission requirements, outlines and version control to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain reusable content and support platform user guides and customer documentation as priorities.
• Support business development with customer briefings and tailored presentations.
