Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Specialist to turn complex technical concepts into compelling proposals for government, commercial, and international customers.

You will own the proposal lifecycle, collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Mission Management, and maintain a library of templates to deliver high-quality responses under tight deadlines. This role requires clear writing and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience writing, drafting, and editing proposals for US government or other sophisticated aerospace & defense customers.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Author responses to RFIs, RFPS, and other opportunities.
• Oversee the proposal lifecycle from draft to final delivery, including technical, cost/price, and schedule content.
• Translate technical concepts into accessible reading materials for diverse audiences.
• Create persuasive content that showcases product strengths and solutions to address customer needs.
• Convert high-level details and rough drafts into high-impact content for proposals.
• Align work with guidelines and quality standards; deliver high-caliber work on time.
