Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Specialist to drive growth by crafting high-quality proposals for US Government, Commercial, and International Government opportunities.

You will manage templates and content libraries, translating complex technical concepts into persuasive materials such as proposals, white papers, and presentations. In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner with BD, Product, and Mission Management to win contracts, deliver on tight deadlines, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience writing, drafting, and editing proposals for US government or aerospace & defense customers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
• Meticulous, proactive, and highly organized
• Clear communicator in any format (written, verbal, synchronous or asynchronous)
• Solid writing and editing skills
• Coachable and team-oriented with constructive feedback
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines
• Direct experience in spacecraft markets (nice to have)
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance or willingness to attain clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary author of responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle and final delivery of complete proposals
• Translate technical concepts into readable materials for diverse audiences
• Create content that showcases product strengths and solutions
• Transform high-level details into persuasive proposals
• Align work with guidelines and quality standards
• Produce high-caliber content on time, every time
