Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing winning federal proposal content.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into persuasive proposal messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal messaging, content strategy, narrative development, and win theme creation.
• Collaborate with capture managers, engineers, program managers, subject matter experts, and executive leadership to develop compelling content.
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive customer-focused proposal content.
• Develop executive summaries, management approaches, technical narratives, and key proposal sections.
• Ensure proposal content is compliant and aligned with customer priorities and evaluation factors.
