You will maintain templates and content libraries, transforming complex technical concepts into persuasive materials for diverse audiences. The role requires collaboration with Business Development, Product, and Mission Management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with tight

Qualifications

• 2+ years writing, drafting, editing proposals for US government or aerospace & defense customers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
• Meticulous, proactive, and highly organized
• Clear communicator in multiple formats (written, verbal, asynchronous)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Coachable and team-oriented; accepts feedback
• Able to manage multiple deadlines
• Direct experience in spacecraft or adjacent markets is a plus
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance or willing to attain clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary author of responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Oversee and quarterback the full proposal lifecycle and deliver complete proposals
• Translate technical concepts into digestible reading materials
• Create content that showcases product strengths and solutions
• Convert high-level details into high-impact proposal content
• Align work with guidelines and quality standards
• Produce high-caliber work on time
