Zusammenfassung

AMETEK, Irvine, on site, seeks a seasoned BD/Program Manager to lead all proposal activities for incoming opportunities and manage bid/no-bid decisions. Interface with the BD Director and RSM team to ensure timely processing of quotes and RFIs, while mentoring junior managers and maintaining CRM data.

You will drive pricing strategies, coordinate with regional sales, and ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS across programs. A strong background in aerospace and NPIs is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years related experience.
• Knowledge of program management and NPI best practices.
• Knowledge of value-based pricing, spares pricing, and contract negotiation.
• High sense of urgency and desire to win.
• Experience in aerospace sales or business development.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all proposal activities for incoming sales opportunities and manage the bid/no-bid process.
• Supervise proposal management, program management, price tracking and cost estimating.
• Maintain CRM entries and generate monthly Business Development reports.
• Ensure compliance with ITARS / EAR and FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Coach and mentor business development program managers.
