Job summary

Iris Technology Corporation in Irvine, CA seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the full proposal lifecycle for Tactical and Space opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop BOEs, and ensure compliant, timely submissions.

The role requires strong collaboration with Business Development, Engineering, Program Management, and Finance, along with solid MS Office skills and proposal experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional proposal efforts involving technical, cost, schedule, and contractual inputs.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear proposal requirements, assignments and deliverables.
• Experience developing Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation and supporting cost or pricing development.
• APMP or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for Tactical and Space opportunities from RFP/RFQ through submission.
• Review solicitations to identify requirements, risks, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and review milestones.
• Coordinate with Business Development and senior leadership on strategy and positioning.
• Ensure compliance with customer instructions and timely submission.
