The role ensures regulatory compliance and helps track budgets while supporting talent acquisition. You will mentor staff, drive new business models, and pursue opportunities up to multi‑million dollar programs, including R&D and procurement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 10+ years in proposal development and business development.
• 5+ years in robotics industry.
• Experience with government proposals and budgets.

Aufgaben

• Oversees the execution of proposal process.
• Assembles resources and conformance to RFPs.
• Collaborates with Finance on project charges.
• Ensures regulatory compliance of offerings.
• Mentors staff and leads business development initiatives.
