Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Proposal Specialist in a hybrid Bellevue/Seattle area role. You will coordinate end-to-end proposal activities, ensure compliance with client requirements, and drive timely inputs across cross-functional teams for compelling submissions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of proposal support, strong CRM/Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while communicating value to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years supporting proposal work and CRM experience.
• Experience using proposal management, CRM and related technology for tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to produce polished client materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the proposal lifecycle with the proposal lead, ensuring client guidelines and deadlines are met.
• Facilitate pursuit planning discussions to identify client needs and win themes.
• Support efficiency using templates, workflows, datasheets and content libraries in a response system.
• Track proposal requests and status in CRM with accurate data updates.
• Coordinate collateral, including proposals, pitch decks, and SharePoint updates.
• Manage multiple bid sources and proactively source new opportunities.
